The staff, especially Sophia, was exceptional - warm and fun, adding a personal touch. the location was perfect for our Northwestern reunion event, with easy access to boutique shops and restaurants. the connected Farmhouse restaurant served a next-level burger! Although parking was a slight inconvenience, everything else was top-notch. the spotless, modern room was spacious and gorgeous, ensuring a comfortable stay. the beds were extremely cozy, and the shower had great pressure - small details that made a big difference for us. We loved having breakfast outside the hotel, enjoying the comfortable amenities and friendly service. My daughter's special request for medication storage was met with kindness and efficiency by the front desk staff. We'll definitely return to this gem of a hotel for its convenience and exceptional service.
